Terms and conditions (Payment and cancellation policy):
Upon receipt of our booking confirmation, a deposit of € 100.00 is due. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before departure (receipt of payment).
• In case of cancellation between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before departure, a processing fee of € 100.00 will be charged, which will be compensated with your deposit.
• In case of cancellation from 14 days to 5 days before departure, you will be refunded 66,6% of the travel price.
• In case of cancellation from 4 days to 24 hours before departure, you will be refunded 33,3% of the travel price.
• In case of cancellation from 24 hours before departure (German time) or in case of no-show, no refund is possible.
ATTENTION: Should due to COVID-19 and/or the war in the Ukraine:
• due to official authorities instructions, it is not possible for you to enter Germany
• a main attraction in a tour booked by you will be closed at the time of your planned visit (e.B. Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Castle, Herrenchiemsee Castle, Zugspitz Cablecar AND Cogwheeltrain, Königssee Cruise, Eagle's Nest)
• for cross-border tours (e.B. Salzburg, Innsbruck/Swarovksi, Highline-179, Christmas markets outside Germany) it will not be possible to cross the German border at the time of your planned visit
